The Silverado 2500HD is the middle of the Silverado siblings. It’s larger than Silverado 1500, the Silverado 1500, and 1500 Limited but less than the 3500HD. With the next update, the 2500HD is likely to receive new trims known as the HD ZR2 for single-rear-wheel vehicles. The current 2500HD’s 6.6-liter turbodiesel V8 Duramax engine comes with a capacity of 545 hp and 910 pounds torque. After the upgrade, the engine is expected to grow by 500 horses and 1100 pounds of torque.
2024 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD Price & Release Date
Chevrolet hasn’t revealed an exact release date of 2024’s Silverado 2500HD. However, it is possible that it will be available sometime between mid and the latter part of 2023. It’s possible that the 2023 version of the 2500HD’s production will begin in July.
