2023 Cadillac Lyriq – On March 1, production started on Cadillac’s first electric vehicle that is the Lyriq crossover. The first deliveries will be of the Debut Edition, a version of the rear-wheel-drive Lyriq that is only offered in black or silver with a limited list of options. A reservation in advance was necessary to purchase this Debut Edition, which started at $59,990 and will be delivered to customers in the summer. At the moment is now Cadillac has released pricing details for its rear-wheel-drive models, including the popular all-wheel-drive Lyriqs which will be available for purchase in the near future.
Cadillac announces that orders for rear-wheel drive and all-wheel drive Lyriq models will go on sale on the 19th of May. The single motor Lyriq RWD is capable of producing 350 horsepower and 325 pounds-feet of torque and boasts an estimated 312 miles by the EPA range, which will begin at $62,990. Deliveries of this model are expected to begin in the autumn. The all-wheel-drive model, however, includes an electric motor to the front axle to produce up to 500 horsepower. It also comes with a towing capacity of 3500-pounds.

The Lyriq AWD is priced at $64,990, and delivery beginning early next year. There will be an official estimate of the EPA’s range to be that will be revealed closer to the beginning of production. The Lyriq will also get two new colors The colors are Opulent Blue Metallic as well as Crystal White Tricoat.
2023 Cadillac Lyriq Changes
Cadillac states that every Lyriq customer will be offered the option of the two-year unlimited credit for charging for utilization in public EVgo stations, or up to $1500 in credit for installing a home charging station. The credit can be used to purchase the level 2 AC charge or an outlet that is 240-volt and every Lyriq is equipped with the portable cord-set charging cable which can be used with 120-volt and 240-volt outlets. Cadillac states that Lyriq is a “high-end” product. Lyriq can provide fifty miles within an hour using the 19.2-kW level 2 AC household charger. It can also provide up to 76 miles in just 10 minutes when using the DC fast-charger.
